"I want to give a shout out for the outstanding service I received during my 3 months of rehab at ATI physical therapy. Due to a car accident, I was prescribed therapy for my shoulder and lower back. I attended a minimum of 15 sessions, and with support & encouragement from the staff at ATI, I'll be returning to work at full capacity after the holiday. I would refer anyone that needs rehab to the South holland location. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. What more can you ask for?"

"Update no one has reached out to me since I wrote this review. I had left a voicemail and sent a message on their website. My appointments were canceled as I never got any more reminders. I do not understand why there is zero customer service. It is not okay to be on your phone or to be gossiping with your coworkers. You are getting paid to do a job and your patients deserve to be given quality care. I started physical therapy here with high hopes. At first, the care felt attentive and supportive, and I appreciated the professionalism early on. Unfortunately, that didn't last. There was one session where my therapist spent nearly the entire time talking to staff about non-work-related topics. At one point, I even asked for help, and he didn't hear me because he was so distracted by the conversation. Other times, no one would check in to make sure I was doing okay -- staff were often on their phones or talking among themselves. I didn't expect constant supervision, but I did expect to feel supported and looked after. Instead, I often had to go find someone just to ask a question or get assistance. Eventually, I left a message to cancel my appointments and explained my concerns respectfully as a courtesy -- but no one responded. That lack of follow-up says a lot. Consistency, attention, and basic communication are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, I didn't feel like a priority here."

"I liked visiting ATI physical therapy all the therapists are very helpful, courteous very professional and encouraging. I work with Joe for most occasions and he was always my personal cheerleader. I also worked with one of the therapist on the first shift. Sorry for the description, but I don't remember her name. She was a thin black girl and she knows how to be against her educational skills I would recommend them to anyone."

"I have been too my share of Physical therapist but when I say ATI is one of the better ones, they take care of you hands on especially Paul and Joe love this place and it's right by my home so I don't have far to go. They are doing totally awesome For my rehab for my total knee replacement."
