""I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Neil Ganz's office located at 105 Benton Avenue. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Ganz himself came across as dismissive and disrespectful during our interaction. The examination was brief and lacked thoroughness, with no effort made to ask questions or understand my concerns. He was totally unprepared on reviewing my medical history and did not address any of my concerns. Given the subpar experience, I'm questioning the legitimacy of his title. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Ganz to others due to the poor treatment and lack of care.""
