"I sent my wife here for tendinitis expecting quality care given the high cost. ($570 billed to insurance, $130 out of pocket per visit) The location was convenient, but, unfortunately, the treatment was inconsistent. Many sessions lacked proper attention-therapists often left her to perform exercises alone while gossiping with colleagues or doom-scrolling on their phones. Although one therapist provided decent care, even those sessions were frequently disrupted by others. Ultimately, the quality did not justify the expense. After spending thousands of dollars my wife has made little progress and still requires care from a more reputable institution. I hope ATI can address these issues to better serve future patients."
