"This is not a review of a doctor, which I'm sure is terrific, but a stupid office policy. When I called the office to see if doctor could see me about pinched nerve in my back receptionist insisted on calling my insurance before telling me if the doctor is even available to see me on that day. So I spent about an hour waiting in pain for her to call me back and give me details about my insurance, which I already knew, just to find out that the nearest appointment I can get is 4 days from the day I called. I'm not sure why it was so hard to look at the appointment schedule before wasting time on a call with insurance, but when your back hurts so much you can't breathe, you want to see a doctor and not wait for details on your copayments before being told that doctor is not available today."
