The skills of the staff are not limited to the stretching of limbs or the twisting of torsos. I have witnessed genuine care and concern for clients that extends beyond the parameters of a referral. The programs designed for each client are individually specific and monitored by the team. Even when a client is left to work on an exercise alone another member of the team maintains a watchful eye without becoming intrusive. North Physical Therapy in Harlem is a small facility with a small staff that has a large heart. Always professional and considerate, North Physical Therapy challenges without pushing their clients too far. The clients stretch a little further or attempt an additional set even when they haven't been asked to do so."
