"They're very professional and friendly. The only issue I have is that my previous physical therapist was more hands on and it's like she knew what was bothering me without me even telling her. She would actually tell me, hey you're very tense and she would do a short massage in my problem areas before the work outs to loosen my muscles and make it easier on me. I was allot less sore afterwards. Actually all the therapist at my old one did massages to their patients."
