"Wish I could give a zero. Worse experience ever. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr Aerson for a follow up visit that took 2 minutes literally. I drive in traffic 1 hour here. Everyone went ahead of me in the waiting room. I'm being patient and finally ask when's my turn and they said I was never checked in. The young lady said she checked me in. Everyone was nonchalant and get this they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Really that's all you can say. They tried to say I had to wait another hour. No one was slightly remorseful and another catch...the office manager "Alexa" will call you later today. A COMPLETE JOKE AND BAD BUSINESS. Dint waste your time here!!"
