"I had an Absolutely EXCELLENT Experience with Dr Thomas John! Was truly incredible the way he explained every single detail so that I could easily grasp the process and what to expect! He was so patient answering all my questions and I felt he was truly concerned about All the issues I'm dealing with And how they're connected. This surgeon stands out from all the rest and is so GENUINE, SINCERE and KNOWLEDGABLE! His staff is fantastic also Karlie His nurse practitioner and Lilliana his scheduler. They all made my life so easy! I am SO very excited to have Dr. John do my hip replacement and his team giving me such support already! WHEN I NEED A KNEE REVISION, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD CONSIDER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"My mother underwent a total knee arthroplasty performed by Dr. Thomas in August 2025. Five months post-operatively, her condition has deteriorated compared to her pre-surgical state. I believe the care provided was suboptimal and that the issues have not been adequately addressed. I urge anyone considering Dr. Thomas for similar procedures to exercise extreme caution. A review of other patients testimonials indicates that my mother's experience is not isolated. I am currently exploring legal options. My primary concern is to alleviate my mother's significant discomfort, as her mobility is severely compromised. These are the symptoms she is going through: I underwent a total knee replacement surgery and subsequently met with Dr. Thomas in August 2025. Two days post-surgery, I experienced significant swelling in my knee, rendering me unable to bear weight, and necessitating a return to the hospital. It was later determined that I had developed an infection in my leg, which continues to present with warmth. Dr. Thomas did not order an MRI to accurately diagnose the underlying issue and has consistently declined to perform corrective surgery, instead attributing my symptoms to spinal and hip problems. For the past five months since August 2025, I have been experiencing continuous and severe pain. I suspect the prosthetic may be defective or improperly installed. Dr. Thomas's approach has led me to question the validity of my symptoms. If I were to rate my experience, it would be exceptionally negative, despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews from other patients. My primary objective is to regain the ability to walk without the persistent and debilitating pain in my leg."

"I want to start by saying that everyone's experience can vary, so please be respectful of that. My mother had knee replacement surgery with Dr. Thomas John about six weeks ago, and she is doing GREAT! She started walking just a couple of days after surgery, used a walker only a handful of times, and is now using a cane (Just to be cautious). She was even cleared to start driving again! To be honest, my mother worked really hard on her recovery, and that made a big difference. Dr. John was helpful and informative throughout the entire process, both with her and with me. The hospital staff was also amazing supportive, attentive, and professional. My mom is 67 and says she feels like she's in her 30s again. We highly recommend Dr. John! Just remember: you have to put in the effort on your end, he will absolutely do his. Thank you, Doctor!"
