"Very great service, the front desk agent always helps me find an appointment even when I'm in pain to see Doctor Vargas who does an amazing job at his Kraft. I've gone to other local ones and others in the city and Dr. Vargas always goes above and beyond. Knowing I am in good hands always gives me confort. Nice office with a small lot in the back, accepts credit cards, insurance and cash. Very close to the Jackson Heights train hub and easy to find."

"I have been going to him for 2 years and I can only speak wonders. I came in with an unbearable pain in my neck and after seeing him no more pain in my neck. I knew I have scoliosis but he figured it out without me telling him and he helped improve my posture because that also lead me to have back pains when sitting or laying in bed. He is amazing and professional. I recommended to a few people and they are in love with him and happy their pains are no longer a problem."

"I have gone to this office 5 times in 2 years, I have been very patient with the doctor and this practice. 4 times I have been to this facility , doctor had done some decent job only after , I insist him, I am in pain and asked him to work around those areas paticularly. If I had not been a well aware patient, he would asked me to go home with the pain to come back next day so he can charge me and my insurance multiple times. I have worked in the healthcare industry to understand how crooks work. My 5th visit, I was told my insurance had not paid all four times I was there. Luckily I had health spending account to pay for the dues, so I wasn't stressing the staff. It was still inconvenient as a patient to walk into doctor's office to be told that you have to make payment or else doctor won't see you. Specially since I had made appointment ahead of time. The front desk is mess, utterly disorganized. I caught mistakes after mistakes within half an hour. My biggest mistakes is after seeing all of this I still waited for the doctor to treat me. However, that was a horrible decision. I had terrible pain in my lower back, I asked the doctor if he can help. He cracked the upper back. Asked to sleep on my back when I told him I had a pain in my lower back. He did nothing other than groped my abdominal areas( pelvis reason) and my inner thighs. When I informed that I didnt even felt a slight relief, he told me to come the next day or after his vacation. I have been to one other chiropractor in Manhattan and the doctor, there made difference in just one visit, which has made me return. Since I was in such a pain this time around and I needed a closer commute around my area , I decided to return to dr Vargas, but it was a huge mistake. I am calling my insurance, I will dispute their claims and ask my insurance , not to pay a single penny. I have a good insurance, doctors well qualified and professional will easily take patients like me. I just feel bad for those patients who have no alternatives. Hopefully my experience will help who are looking for a good chiropractor. Avoid this place."
