"I had the best experience at Dr. Jeffrey Haynes's office! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The office was impeccably clean and very professional. I had strained a muscle in my lower back and was in so much pain. Dr. Jeffrey was incredibly patient, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly why my back was hurting and which muscles needed to be strengthened. The treatment was done with utmost respect and gentleness, and I appreciated how sensitive he was to my comfort level. What really impressed me was the care he took to ensure I wasn't in any pain during the treatment and accessed each time I came for improvement. I went to him three times this week and the pain is basically gone!!! He also provided me with personalized exercises to strengthen my lower back muscles, and had me practice them while in the session to make sure I was doing them correctly so I can build up more strength and not re-injure my back. Also good to know, the location is super convenient with a large parking lot directly across the street, making it easy to park and visit. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey to anyone looking for a compassionate and effective chiropractor. Five stars well earned!"
