"Two years ago, I had significant billing issues with this office due to their failure to notify me that I had reached my insurance limit for Chiropractic/PT visits. Despite their assurance that they would inform me, I was never told, which resulted in unexpected charges. After months of back-and-forth, the issue was eventually resolved, but the process was unnecessarily stressful and entirely due to their oversight. At the time, I chose to overlook this experience, assuming it may have been related to staff turnover. However, when I recently ran into the chiropractor again, he brought up those old billing issues and stated that I could not sign up for a family plan because of it, despite the fact that the situation had stemmed from his office's own negligence. This was both disappointing and unprofessional, and unfortunately reinforced my negative experience with this practice. It seems other people have had similar issues and thus I would highly discourage people from going here."
