"This place is BEYOND! I heard so many good things from people about IMD that I had really high expectations and they were honestly exceeded. First huge thing is the staff is so nice and informed! They really know what they are doing and take such good care of you. Each persons body needs different things so this is not a generic experience it's totally tailored to your needs! The magnesium wrap and sauna felt amazing, and they were so attentive with water while I was in there! The massage portion was life changing, I will warn you it's not for relaxation - but it hurts SO good! I felt 5 lbs lighter and SO much tighter and better when I left!
