"Was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Petrera and was informed hours before that he would not being seeing any late patients past 3:15pm. So he referred me to another Doctor with the same BS that he cannot see any other patient beyond a certain time. Waste of time and no decency to give 24 hour notice. This comes up around 5 hours before I am scheduled for exam. I was schedules a week before and you come with last minute notification that you wont be staying late and you are double booked and do not want to be double booked. Stay away from this place. Lack of professionalism and common sense. Complete nimrod."
"AVOID. I should've read the reviews before coming here. I cam 20 mins before my appt, only to be called by the staff 40 mins later, sat in the exam room for 29 min waiting for the doctor to see me!! I mean wtfffff, who has 2 hrs for a simple visit to the ENT dr for ear pain? Neveeeeeeeeer again!!!!!!! If i didnt pay my copayment i wouldve walked out looong ago! Get IT Together!!!!!"
"My fiancee visited this location for her annual check up. Front desk staff was talking about how excited they were to no longer work there. Once she met with the nurse she was told she had to decide between addressing concerns about her general health or just a standard checkup with the doctor. Nurse missed 4 times trying to draw blood leading to bruises in the arm. (And she was their "best needle person") Disgrace to medical community and a prime example of how American medicine fails its own people."
