"I was referred to Absolute Rehab by my doctor at Wheaton eye clinic, I was experiencing low level but almost constant pain in my left eye, beginning shortly after my cataract surgery last year. After performing a thorough eye exam the doctor stated that my eye looked perfect, he also did a quick review of my neck and upper back and determined that the source of my eye pain may be referred pain from that area. He referred me to Absolute Rehab, to say the least I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. During my 1st visit I was very much impressed by how quickly Constance and Retu identified the misalignment of my left shoulder blade and the lack of surrounding muscle tissue. Retu immediately recommended a 6 week therapy and exercise program that Constance would guide me through in the coming weeks. Here I am 6 weeks later and my eye pain is minimal at its worst, my posture is better than it's been for 20 years and I rarely feel the tightness and pain that has plagued me for the past 30 years. I plan to continue the stretching and exercises I learned here for as long as I can, because I feel great as a result. The physical therapy worked great for me, but what made me look forward to each and every appointment was the feeling that I was spending time with close friends, sharing life's experiences, common interests, and exchanging knowledge.
