Testimonials
"I don't really write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience working with Jamie. It has been such an important part of my life. It is honestly incredible how knowledgeable she is about the pelvic floor. She has a deep understanding of it and is incredibly adept at getting a feel for how your particular pelvic floor works and what affects it. Pelvic therapy is an intense and vulnerable process, and I did not realize how emotional it could be. Jamie makes it feel safe to be vulnerable. She encourages questions and open conversations, even about the uncomfortable parts. She has helped me build real skills to better handle stress in a way that works for me. I have learned so much about my body and how stress and sports affect my pelvic floor. It is often the small insights she shares that have made the biggest difference. The progress I have made is real, and Jamie deserves so much of that credit. I am very grateful to be working with her."
"Jamie is an incredible occupational therapist who shepherded me through some intense and painful months as her patient. She is a great listener, treats her patients as whole people (not just the single issue they may have come in for), and genuinely cares about making a positive impact on her patients. Absolutely recommend her if you are looking for pelvic floor support"
"I saw Jamie Lief at the Chambers St location and she is the real deal. I experienced pelvic floor issues and pain postpartum. Jamie is very knowledgeable, she explained the mechanics of the pelvic floor and why I was experiencing symptoms and laid out a plan of how we were going to address it. Pelvic therapy can be an extremely vulnerable and sometimes uncomfortable process esp because most women like myself usually only seek it out during pregnancy or after childbirth. Jamie has excellent bedside manner and she truly put me at ease every time. I have made so much progress and it truly would not have been possible without Jamie and for that I am so so grateful. Highly recommend."
