"I have never had a worse, more absurd, or more dehumanizing patient experience in my life. I saw Dr. D'Agostini as a follow-up for a surgery I had done by another doctor a few years back. My original doctor was no longer seeing patients and I was transferred here to have my issues checked out. I brought to my appointment a thick folder of records and imaging results, which stacked up quite a bit. I'd done my due diligence in preparation, but Dr. D'Agostini clearly had not, and had no intention of doing so. He walked in and immediately his attitude was cold and unfriendly. He flipped through about two pages of my records (which covers maybe my personal info and address?), put them all down, and told me that he didn't think the surgery I had done had actually happened. He proceeded to very impatiently discipline me for not knowing what surgery I'd gotten and told me that I was completely mistaken. In fact, records of the surgery I'd gotten were written EXPLICITLY in my records, which he, of course, refused to continue to look through. He very impatiently diagnosed me with something else that I'd already known about, prescribed me pain medication that I didn't need, and hurried out the door. In my disbelief, I flipped to the page in my records stating the surgery that I got, called for his very reluctant and unfriendly nurse, and told her I'd like to show him this page. She very impatiently brought him over, and he refused to listen or look at the page. He informed me again that I must be mistaken and hurried off. I was left by myself standing at the door of the patient room, having been told that nothing I came to speak to him about was true. I was shocked by this experience. I've had friends and family work in healthcare, and they of all people know that empathy and kindness is a prerequisite to being an excellent, qualified provider. Dr. D'Agostini does not know his way around kindness and empathy. The number of awards and accolades a doctor collects will mean nothing if they treat patients the way I was treated, and I hope that with more experience he will learn this lesson. I'm absolutely disappointed in the way this doctor, and the rest of his team at Tri-County Orthopedics, dismisses those who come to them for help. Being a doctor isn't easy, and it certainly is not for everyone."
"Dr. Goldman is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He is professional, experienced, very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions prior to performing a successful arthroscopic surgery for my torn medial and lateral meniscus. I was virtually pain free immediately following the surgery. I have known a number of people, including family members who have praised his surgical skills......I also want to salute Laura Palumbo, the Physician Assistant, who works at Tri-County Orthopedics with Dr. Goldman. Ms. Palumbo is professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. She has always been responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you."
"I have been a patient at Tri County Orthopedics for many years and have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Andrew Willis all with excellent outcomes. This is exactly why I went back to the practice to have my knee treated after a meniscus tear. Unfortunately my experience under Dr. Charles Wang's care did not live up to my expectations. His communication was poor, he did not adequately explain the surgery and what to expect with recovery. I was sent home after my out-patient surgery with an ill-fitting brace and even after I called this to his attention the following day I was not given an alternative. Several months after surgery he pressured me into accepting a second cortisone injection, my third within 6 months and second within just a months timespan. I believe these cortisone injections coupled with an unsuccessful surgery led my knee arthritis to worsen significantly. Other than suggesting an off loader brace he never provided any other options for improving my condition. I am living with significant knee pain that has worsened since the surgery. I'm editing this to add that I left feedback first through the same link the office sent for feedback hoping someone would reach out to me. I waited 2 weeks before leaving this review on Google. Nobody reached out so I'd say the "excellent " customer service is not really a thing."
