"Dr. Strassberg is truly the best. My son needed surgery to repair a collarbone break. At first I was reluctant to move forward because his practice is out-of-network. He called me personally to assuage any fears. I made appointments with other orthopedists that were in-network and they were either distracted and over-booked. Dr. Strassberg spoke directly to my son about the procedure and answered his questions and concerns and his staff went above and beyond with insurance clearances and school notes/sports clearances. Time was of the essence, and he was able to schedule the surgery without delay. Summit Medical Center was top-notch. He is kind, professional and gifted. I would strongly recommend him without reservation."

"What a lovely experience. Dr Agastini was fantastic and so knowledgeable. My daughter is only 2 and is petrified of the drs officies. I prepped Dr A with that info before the exam - she paused walked out the room and came back with two rubber ducky's to help lighten the mood and engage with my daughter prior to the exam. Her pretense and demeanor for working with children creates the perfect setting for feeling comfortable and not intimidating. My daughter didn't even cry and let Dr a do a full examination. Could not say better things about her, highly recommend."

"The Urgent Care fee is completely outrageous. I paid an addition $200 on top of what my very good out of network benefits will pay, just bc it was "walk in hours". I would have paid my 20% out of network responsibility. The fee should be a lot clearer on the website. If I knew it was going to be that much I would have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed. And, the medical assistant was beyond rude. I asked her where the exit was and she gives me a dirty look and points to a sign. The receptionist wasn't much better. Update: the manager called me after I wrote this review and stated "the fee is a convenience fee". And yes, the fee was discussed with me after I sat there with a hurt child for 35 minutes. Their webpage is not upfront. The website states that a fee "may" apply! Thats deceitful!"
