The facility itself is top-notch - well-equipped, clean, and organized, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all clients. The office is conveniently located next to Stop & Shop with plenty of parking, making it easy to get to your appointments. As a nice bonus, when you graduate from therapy, you get a Ridgefield Physical Therapy t-shirt, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone in need of physical therapy, and I would definitely recommend it to others."

"Overall, an excellent experience. I have worked with the therapists here on multiple occasions and worked with multiple PTs and PTAs. I have had chronic back and hip issues for several years and the therapists there have done a great job listening to my feedback and helping with customizing solutions. The only thing I can say is if you are thinking about working with them, to book ASAP, they always fill up quickly, but that's probably because they're so good."

"In my experience this is the worst PT office in Ridgefield CT. Not only are they impossible to get a hold of they will charge your card on file without ever notifying you of a balance. I was a patient in January and finished my session without a balance. Months later when I inquired about doing more PT they charged my card without my knowledge of a balanced owed. They never asked if they could continue using the card on file or anything. I would never recommend a place that does business like this. They are disrespectful at every chance they get. took no responsibility for their actions."
