Testimonials

Siesar James

"I visited this practice based on a referral from my doctor. While the clinical service itself was satisfactory, the billing experience was an absolute nightmare. This is a family-owned practice that engages in deceptive and unethical billing practices. The office initially submitted my medical claims for services rendered between May and June. Months later, those same claims were re-submitted at a significantly higher rate, seemingly to extract additional funds from my accident settlement. This behavior is not only predatory, but fraudulent. If you are looking for a practice with transparent and ethical business practices, this is not it. Additionally, they are consistently unresponsive--phone calls and emails go unanswered, leaving patients with no way to resolve billing disputes. I strongly caution others to proceed with extreme care."

"Excellent Services for Recovery from Deep Massage, Electrodes and Heat, Rehab by doing Light Stretches and Rehab. Admittedly sometimes deep massage was very painful or discomfort, light exercises felt alright while doing, however later, feeling the problem areas more. Best thing to continue going to heal in my circumstance anyway. The Massage Therapist Guy with the French or European Accent was the very best, paying attention to my cues of pain and discomfort. Janet Lebatino very professional with good Evaluation, Assessment and Treatment Plan. I know.... PT wants Patients to Stay, but couldn't go as long as they wanted after, many weeks towards the end, a major commitment because couldn't do anything else once, had Physical Therapy just wanted to Recover and Rest. Professional, Friendly Staff and students with optimism and positive approach making. I admire giving Students a chance to be an Apprentice thru assisting as an Aide to gain experience. I preferred this location in the Old Address near the Comfort Inn over Germantown because not the same atmosphere different vibe, more robotic, regimented instead of interacting, however more hours and more days of the week for Physical Therapy."

"I came here when I sprained my knee in 2015. Janet and Pooja helped me recover and feel better quickly. They even had a massage therapist on site. I didn't really like the idea of going to PT but the staff really made it fun to go back!"
