"I recently visited a relative at Hopkins and I would definitely give it 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the security guard, Nariza, was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. The staff overall are very caring, compassionate, and attentive to the residents. The fine dining food is outstanding, and the Recreation Director is truly wonderful. One thing that really caught my attention was a beautiful snack cart experience. The Recreation Director went room to room with a great music playlist, kindly and respectfully asking each resident what snacks they would like. The cart was beautifully set up with a variety of options, the music was a hit, and her smile and enthusiasm were beyond expectations. On a previous visit, I also noticed that the entire building was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating such a warm and festive atmosphere. Overall, Hopkins provides excellent care and a welcoming environment, and I highly recommend it."
