"Dr. Maine was a pure pleasure to have doing my procedure. He makes sure that you are at ease and that everything will be okay. Can't ask for a better doctor to make your nerves to fade away and have complete trust in a person. The actual procedure was both quick and for the most part painless. Just felt some pressure and my body felt warm, but that was it. Total time I think was ten minutes from start to stop and some of that was Dr. Maine making sure I was comfortable and not in any real pain. I am scheduled for my third injections and I am a t a complete ease of having it done. Also his staff at the Windsor Mill center was nothing less than fantastic. Great Great people to have working with him. Hats off to those girls that I have had."

"Staff provided zero assistance in scheduling an appointment to be treated. They requested that my PC provide a copy of my medical rescords before being seen. However, my PC required they send a fax request of my records. I notified staff and they informed that they don't send fax request of medical records. I spoke with one staff member and they informed me they would reach out to my PC and get back to me. A week later I heard nothing and called again. I then spoke with Kelsey and she informed me she would reach out and contact me with an update. Another week had passed and I heard nothing. I contacted the office again and spoke with Lisa who was extremely rude. While explaining the issue she cut me off repeatedly and said they don't reach out to offices for records. Sensing my frustration she said I don't know your issue b/c she had been out. Of course she wasn't aware of my issue b/c she would not allow me to speak and explain so she could better assist. At this point I decided to find treatment elsewhere."
