"My experience at TFI was wonderful! Friendly staff. Daniella is amazing (funny, easy to talk to, kind), and watching her work with kids was so heartwarming and fun. Mike was great, very knowledgeable, patient, and strong (great for deep pressure points). I am done with therapy and will miss them!"

In forever grateful for all of his help!"

"Mike is an outstanding provider who truly cares about his patients and their progress. He's attentive, knowledgeable, and makes sure you feel heard. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and tailors each session to what you actually need rather than following a one size fits all approach. His professionalism is matched by his genuine kindness and encouragement, which makes a challenging rehab process much more manageable. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and support and would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for high quality, compassionate care."

"I am a believer. After shoveling snow I woke up with my neck sore, should blade back aching and hurting, left arm and finger tips tingling. I had major limitations in moving my neck. Enter Paul Tedeo. In our first meeting he was very clear and informative and laid out a plan. For the next 6 weeks he was encouraging and made therapy enjoyable. Each exercise helped and worked to the point that I am pain free. He also offered dry needling which is like acupuncture and personally I feel like it alleviated a lot of my pain and stress. It will sting but you will feel immensely better. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a physical therapist that is laid back, good problem solver, personable, smart and caring. Ask for Tedeo {Ta-Day-Oh} today."

"In Feb 2025, I fully ruptured my Achilles. The recovery process for that serious of a mobility injury is 9-12 months. I know for a fact that I could not and would not have recovered both physically and emotionally to the level I am now 11 months later without the help of Samantha Smith, DPT. I saw Sam two times a week for 10 months- some 85 visits. She was always a friendly face I was happy to see and chat with through this long haul of a process. Her tableside manner, humor, and intelligence (as a Dr of PT and also emotionally) made my hardest days easier and reaching my milestones tear-worthy triumphs. Sam was always adaptable to what I had the energy for or what I was capable of on a given day (I twisted my ankle and had multiple boughts of tendonitis) while still propelling me towards my goals of being able to run again. Emotionally, she helped me through the process by being perpetually encouraging as well as providing insight into what expectations I should have during each stage of recovery. For such a long term injury and recovery, it was a joy to work with Sam. I'm grateful that Sam was the person I got to lead me through this. I will never get over the high of being able to move freely again!"

"The entire staff was always very attentive and Teo especially was amazing at fixing my back. I appreciate that he always started by assessing my current level of issues before coming up with a specific set of stretches and exercises to do for the day. I never felt out of my depth while also being challenged enough that the physical therapy was actually working. 10/10 would go back but hopefully I don't ever have to."

"I attended TFI for over a few months, hoping to see real improvement in my condition. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Over time, I actually felt that my problem was getting worse rather than better. I also feel that my therapist was not focusing on my primary issue and instead spent time working on areas that didn't seem directly related or necessary. I felt my insurance was being billed regularly without corresponding improvement in my condition."

"My experiences at TFI have been nothing but fantastic. I was introduced to TFI by another client for post rotator cuff surgery physical therapy. Ryan and his staff were instrumental in my recovery. I then moved on to the personal training side with Luigi. I am still a personal training client today with multiple trainers and refer everyone I know to their team. Thank you to everyone that works at TFI!"
