"Okay I'm here to defend the front staff. The front staff is 10/10. I don't know why there's negative reviews about them. They are so helpful and always in a good mood even when we are rough. Dr.Roth was kind and the acupuncture ladies were kind. Physical therapists were nice but a bit unprofessional- they were doing their makeup while keeping an eye on the patients which made them annoyed when we asked what to do when we were done with the exercise. They would also tell you what to do and sit down and shout from across the room how to correct you instead of being there by your side to support or coming up to you to check in. Lastly. Dr.Lefcort - very brilliant man he truly can explain very well what is going on with you I loved that he took the time to explain it all however - also very unprofessional. HIPPA violation all over, he took multiple phone calls and I know all about their care and case - one specific one was about a police officer and I know his name and details because he spent majority of his time in the patient room with me discussing the case. he took client, and personal phone calls while he was in the room doing my care. In addition the last straw for me was when he took a phone call from his mom as he was doing chiro on me and ended up hurting me more. I am already injured and feeling at a 9/10 and I was so upset leaving because I left more injured than when I went in. The front staff was very kind as I cried, and helped me smoothly transition out. I transferred care in less than a month."

"Amazing practice! Everyone genuinely cares about getting you the best care possible. The follow-up and follow-through executed by each staff member is superb. Dr. Lefcort, puts his all on giving you the care that you need, takes his time explaining your symptoms/diagnostic, and care plan. Amazing human being!"

"I don't recommend this office at all. After spending quite some time to have diagnosis which later turns out to be very off, so wasting money and above all time, indeed. Ask for medical record, they will hand you a paper showing number of your visits! Given the fact that other doctors did and will provide them all the medical record to help the patients. So, extremely rude. This shows that the goal in that office isn't help patients to get better soon, rather creating lifetime customer. Surely you can ask your secretary who is sitting close to the exit door and handed me just one page of medical record for which I have already paid."
