"I was shocked at the amount of over-charges incurred by my insurance company for services I did not receive. I was also charged for items I didn't ask for - one being a black, awkward back brace and was assured it was covered by insurance. It was not entirely covered and I end up paying for a brace I never wanted or used. When I asked to speak directly to Stephanie Suvarna, we scheduled multiple appointments and she missed every single one of them. Also, I would schedule my appointments at 10am which was my break time from work. Stephanie would have me waiting over 30 minutes which is what led me to not returning. Never an apology or acknowldegment. And the overall services were mid at best."

"I have been going to Suvarna for a few years now for chiropractic services and deep tissue massage but more recently I tried their acupuncture services and I have to say I am so impressed with not only the level of service but how attentive they were to my current needs and challenges. "I've been a patient for about three months now and have already seen tremendous improvement in my low back condition, even as I continue to work a physically demanding job. The environment is comfortable and staff welcoming. I've never had any issues scheduling an appointment, whether for a quick adjustment or for longer appointments such as massage or acupuncture. "Before coming in, I was told my appointment would be $75, and was charged $155 a few days later. When I called to ask, I was told I didn't understand insurance and that since I reluctantly agreed to letting the chiropractor use her activator on me during a "consultation" (after I said no two times, and finally just said yes), that I was charged for that. That's not a lack of knowledge of insurance, that's just deceitful and price gouging! I also asked to please not do anything on my neck, which was agreed on, but the chiropractor still did that nonetheless. All in all, an upsetting experience as soon as I entered up until a few days later when I gave the feedback and the opportunity to correct it before writing this review. *Not a review for the massage, that part of the service was good, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately clouded by the rest of the experience.*"

"I've been receiving treatment from Suvarna for a couple of years now and I cannot say enough nice things about this practice. Every practitioner is extremely nice and very attentive to a patient's needs. I started going for a back issue after never going to a chiropractor. After a few sessions I felt so much better and the pain disappeared. I then returned for a shoulder injury after seeing little relief from physical therapy. Dr. Etter has been great and my shoulder is feeling better and better. Acupuncture was also recommended for my injury and honestly, it's the best I've felt in a while. They are very approachable and really do care about their patients. I highly recommend stopping in!"

"The service was always good and the place is clean. The insurance processing and billing needs a lot of work. There is always a push to get more services as well. No one enjoys being over charged or charged outside of their insurance."
