"Happy with the appointment process and Dr. Raffo's visit. However their follow up exercise instruction for my rotator cuff issue left a lot to be desired! As he himself stated, a very hard to read doc because of very small fonts. I'm amazed at how indifferent their office must be with what they hand out to their patients as for most patient the document must be useless since it's not legible/readable (need a magnifier to read and even then, because of poor quality it's not useable)."

Minimal to no scarring, but at the same time, his strength is back and better than ever. He referred me to Dr. Raffo as I'm having a number of issues with my knee. "Prior to seeing Dr Raffo they took neck X-rays - when Dr Raffo came into the exam room he started commenting on compressed disks in my neck as the problem. That's not why I made the appointment - he never asked, "so, what brings you here today?" He assumed why I was there. I liked him and felt he knew how to treat my presenting problem - but jumping to conclusions that were wrong before a history and physical was bothersome - not enough to not see him again, I plan to - but he needs to listen first."
