Testimonials
"Dr. Carlesi is one of the most caring professionals I have ever come across. He is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist that focuses on pain management, and has currently narrowed his focus to treating patients that need a procedure to help relieve their pain. He works out of two offices. In Danbury, CT, he sees worker's compensation cases, and at Putnam Hospital, in Carmel, NY, he sees the rest of his patients. Dr. Carlesi is a man that truly cares about his patients and does everything in his power to help them. I will miss him very much as I transition to a different doctor. I wish him and his staff the best in the future."
"I do numerous reviews of restaurants in Westchester county for over 10 years. I point out the good in the bad and unfortunately The services this place is horrible. My family and I ordered a large takeout order from the diner yesterday and it was all incorrect and unfortunately we were heading to New Jersey so we were unable to fix it and we're unable to eat our lunches. My wife ordered a salad which was very nice but came with no dressing. My 10-year-old daughter ordered a turkey club sandwich and I specifically said no mayonnaise because she won't eat it and unfortunately it was slathered in mayonnaise and she wouldn't touch it. So neither my wife nor my daughter could eat lunch and basically had to throw out $25 worth of food. Then when we ask to speak to the manager. Manager Harry. He never called us back. Lost customer who's come here for 5 years. Get your takeout orders correct. Because it's frustrating to many people"
"Boy, is this a perfect case of first impressions being very deceiving. Beware. Forgetful and makes big mistakes in medication. Which would be ok if he would admit it and correct them, but when I pointed them out, he never returned my calls, actually increased the dose and threatened to expel me if I didn't take it, then proceeded to expel me anyway with the rationale that my attempted communication with him to correct the problem which were very cordial through mail and fax was considered harassment. This message was delivered verbally by his bulldog office manager, Robin . She threatened me and then called the police. So I'm now stuck on a medication that is unsuitable in dosage, and dangerous to my health and a letter actually stating as much and that I should detox asap at the risk of severe injury or death. Yet that's not considered an emergency under his patient policy. Go figure. What would be. He still hasn't spoken to me to avoid further incriminating himself. This started a month ago. Not the end. Avoid, beware, be careful. This behavior could be a sign of something. I dont want to presume, but I wouldn't recommend. Front Office staff superb. Sad that they have to cover for him and his psycho office manager,Robin. Btw.. I only speak for stamford office. Below was facade to get patients, above is where you end up after he screws up. His memory and medical knowledge or could just be care, otherwise known as negligence. Not bothering to do homework. Well, I'll now be looking for emergency care center or doctor unless attorney can resolve sooner than death. P.S. The alt med he wrongly prescribed doesn't treat my pain yet is very addicting and dangerous which still makes me wonder why he couldn't change it. Maybe it would be admitting guilt. A real professional with a great bedside manner. From greeting you himself directly from the waiting room, to walking you out and making sure all your needs have been addressed. Unlike what's become much too common today, Dr. Carlise is not a doctor who determines his success by the speed of your visit but by the completeness and steps you're making toward improvement. Yes, as of now, I would highly recommend him. I wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention his support team. If I knew all the names I'd list them, but that's my shortfall, not theirs. Thank you!"
