"I was a relatively new patient (3 to 4 weeks) and saw progress. Due to a transport issue and misunderstanding, it was necessary to cancel my appointment today. Unfortunate, "the owner" was not willing to waive the $20 late cancelation fee, and this was unacceptable to me. I owned a healthcare office for over 40 years, and I would never penalize my good patients as did this office. So for their inflexibility, I would not recommend this place to anyone."
