"I have been seeing Dr Tom Otto for more than 15 years now. I no longer live in NYC but when I do, I try my best to make an appointment with him. He is truly a miracle worker. His approach is so much more than typical chiropractic care, which I'm not critical of since chiropractic care is what helped solve my chronic back issues. However, Tom takes it to another level. Instead of relying on a routine adjustment that a lot of chiropractic doctors lean to, he really listens to your concerns and tailors the treatment specifically to what causes you discomfort. He often employs some soft tissue work when necessary or new technologies that he has access to. Whatever he is doing, it works. Recently I came to him with an elbow injury that I suffered from for weeks, and after some tissue manipulation and electro stimulus he pretty much solved the issue for me. As a long time chiropractic patient I can't tell you enough how Tom stands out from the rest. He won't merely set up a long treatment plan that may sometimes be unnecessary, instead he gives you the treatment that is meant to solve your problems. The best!"
