Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab

"This facility may not look pretty, but the people who work here are truly amazing. My brother-in-law is there currently. He has said they all treat him very well. On one specific visit; it was me, my husband, and my son visiting. My son actually passed out during the visit and all the nurses came running and ran his vitals and encouraged us to go to the ER which I am so glad we did. No one hesitated in assisting us and everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in to the building to all their support staff. Anna has been great and always communicated very fast with me."

"I would leave 0 if I could.. this is not a rehabilitation center, this is a place to let someone go to end their lives. The rehab staff that I did encounter were great, but they are there only for that (one brief visit in four days that I was aware of). otherwise the nurses and staff are clueless to patient needs besides heavily medicating instead of treatment efforts or actual care of the residents. Will add photos when(if) admin actually contacts back."

"My dad got a bed sore that's 9 1/2 inches.Had it for 2 months. He got sepsis. This made his immune system weak. The Dr. said to call hospice's nothing else to do. Let him pass away. Give him pain medication so he doesn't feel pain. He went in there a year ago.Because he has dementia. Now he's going to pass away because of a severe bed sore. Not because of his dementia."
