"I fell and hurt my ankle very badly and so I made an appointment with Dr. Lawless. To start off my appointment, a medical student was there to take all of my info, took off my boot and showed her the injured area. I wish I could remember her name, because she was very nice. Dr. Lawless seemed extremely knowledgeable and he had answers for every single one of my questions. Great doctor, doesn't just throw meds at you like other orthopedists. He got me sized up for a really nice boot to wear while I heal and it was completely covered by Medicaid. Anyways, going for my follow up appointment this coming Tuesday. Hopefully he will have some good news for me! If you want to feel completely comfortable around the entire staff, go to this orthopedist. I can't recommend him enough."

"I can't give a favorable rating when no one even answers the phone! I've been waiting almost 40 mins and still waiting The best Dr in the world doesnt matter if you can't get an appt!! I couldn't get an answer when trying to get in to see Dr Lawless when I had sig problem. Dr Lawless however is patient, professional and personable. He is the only reason I'm taking back my low eval."
