"My first intake appointment went well in the Manhattan Office. However I was kind of disappointed in the focus being payment instead of service from the administrative staff. I found the virtual assistant to be less personable than a live person; especially since they had 2 front desk personnel who directed me to the virtual assistant. Also asking me to fill out all of these questions on the forms 5 minutes of me stepping on the premises was annoying when they should have asked me before my appointment. The doctor was great and the premises very clean and inviting. I didn't wait much before going to the back rooms for my assessment and the doctor was very professional and patient focused with me since he knew I was in a lot of pain. The patient waiting room was not packed but there is some concerns with me regarding privacy and hippaa law violations speaking to the virtual assistant in the waiting area. Perhaps they can add headphones so nobody can hear your personal information in the waiting room. But other than that it s a good experience"
