"The staff here is friendly, attentive, and very approachable -- you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. However, it does feel like the office could use a few more hands on deck, as the team seems stretched thin and unable to give as much one-on-one attention as they'd probably like to. Luckily, this isn't my first time doing physical therapy, so I was able to follow along confidently, but it might be challenging for someone new to the process. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their patient care, but I do hope they bring on more support so the team can provide the focused care they're clearly capable of."
