"I'm so disappointed in this practice. Dr. Konecny is the sweetest when we treats his patients, the front desk however was not. The Ginger girl had let me know multiple times that I needed to pay based on my insurance, the first time they tried to charge me $30 and no one had let me know that I owed money. I then asked for clarity how much it would be to be seen they told me the copay is $5 I was okay with that. Today I was treated under the impression that my copay was still $5 but no one had let me know that my copay and jumped back up to $16.05. I didn't not mind paying that amount but no one informed or called me that the copay was going to increase so I basically had no choice but to pay it. i let her know that nothing changed and she was trying to make it seem like it was my fault that my insurance apparently "changed". I work for Hartford Healthcare my insurance has not changed for the entire year. I let her know I'm never coming back here again because of this, she said "that's fine, do you want your receipt?" No sorry for the inconvenience nothing, just straight blame because of MY insurance, I was super disappointed with the disservice I received from the front desk lady, Dr. Konecny had told my partner to return Wednesday Morning for a final but the lady was so rude and snapped at us like we was supposed to know their house, saying "we're open Wednesday afternoon not mornings" like it was our fault. He needs to have someone either retrain or rehire because he definitely lost a patient and I have no hesitation passing around a bad Review because of the service I received."
