"I went to Wantage Physical Therapy and met with Physical Therapist, Prem. Nadar, for lower back pain. Prem made up a routine of exercises and stretches for me that greatly helped strengthen my core. I was introduced to his PTA, Gi, who not only kept a watchful eye on me to make sure I was doing the exercises correct, but at the end of my sessions (which in all honesty was my favorite part of the visit) he stretched my hip flexers and legs that made me feel amazing when I walked out the door. I said I went in for lower back pain but I was educated on how to strengthen my core by stretching my hip flexers and legs. I sit at a desk all day so I don't think to get up to stretch, but now I do.. The best part of this practice was what first drew me to it to begin with. If it weren't for the sweet woman, Venise, who answewed my call on the day I was shopping around for a physical therapist, I may have missed out on this great team of professionals. Venise is the most pleasant person to speak with, especially when you're not feeling all that great, like most of us who are in pain feel. If I had a business I would want someone like Venise answering my phone calls and greeting my patients. Keep smiling Venise!!! It's contagious.
