"I cannot recommend Karen from the New Hyde Park office highly enough. Over the past several weeks, she has been instrumental in helping me overcome a balance disorder that was significantly impacting my daily life. Karen's expertise and personalized approach made all the difference in my recovery. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explained each exercise and technique in a way I could understand and created a treatment plan specifically tailored to my needs. What impressed me most was Karen's genuine investment in my recovery. She carefully monitored my progress and adjusted my treatment as needed. Thanks to her skilled care and dedication, I've regained my balance and confidence in ways I wasn't sure were possible. Karen is an outstanding physical therapist, and I feel fortunate to have worked with her. Any patient would be lucky to receive care from someone so knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to achieving real results. David L"

"I rarely give a one star rating to a business however, my experience at this place was so horrific that I can only give one star. Despite my instructions and alerting as to my physical condition, the therapist during my evaluation stretched and pushed me so hard that I was injured. when I got home that night and the following morning I was in agony, thank God, my physiatrist was able to work me in for an appointment. She advised me not to return to that place. I'm sure no ill was intended. The therapist was just doing what he thought was best, but they need to train their therapists to be more attentive to the needs and limitations of their patients. I feel that in a general examination, I was pushed way beyond my normal limits. In other words I was treated too roughly for a handicapped 81-year-old person. The front desk staff was excellent very helpful and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to give this review, but I am in agony after being examined at this place and I think that others need to know about it too, so it doesn't happen to them."

"I'm going to this place for the second time. A few years ago I had a partial tear in my shoulder (Rotator cuff). Nicole was my therapist and she was wonderful. I'm back again for knee issues and I have the pleasure of having Nicole again as my therapist. I highly recommend this place."
