"Very Dissatisfied. She charged me a $30 copayment just to explain my results which could have been done over the telephone during a televisit. She insisted on having me come to the office. She didn't seem to care that it cost me $50 plus gas and meals to have a caregiver sit with my mom who has Alzheimer's for two hours so I could go to the office . I asked her if she could waive the copay and she refused. When I asked her why she couldn't do this on the phone she said she couldn't spend all day on the phone doing televisits. This doctor has no compassion and is truly just interested in making a buck and prescribing meds which by the way were not covered by my insurance. She didn't even ask me if she should prescribe generic brands . There was no reason for me come in for the brief conversation with this doctor. I would never recommend her. She seemed more interested in getting paid than actually helping me. Would never choose this doctor or refer her to anyone!"
