"I would recommend Evolving with Motion's class, "Fall Back in Love with Motion" to anyone that wants a safe and positive way to start moving again! I learned that the class "Fall Back in Love with Motion" was a safe place to start my current journey of adding exercise and weight loss into my daily life - simply and with positivity. I reached out to Lisa to see if this class was appropriate for me since I wasn't having any specific movement issues (I thought) but was looking more for some accountability to get back on track with healthy eating and exercise. While Fall Back in Love with Motion isn't a weight loss program, Lisa encouraged me to try the class. Lisa's positivity and encouragement helped me make a weekly commitment and show up for something and reminded me that I am capable of staying on track with something that made me feel better physically and emotionally. I wouldn't refer to Fall Back in Love with Motion as an "exercise" class, but for me, it was like having a Life Coach. Lisa's positivity and non-judgmental style showed me to not beat myself up for not doing something, but to celebrate each win - no matter how small or big it was. Additionally, the stretching tools she taught me, help me tremendously both in my work life - sitting in front of a computer all day - as well as in my personal life which is extremely active. Along the way, my commitment to myself and accountability has helped me to lose 25 pounds in the process and I feel better overall!"
