"This is the first time I'm writing a google review, I sat on it think should I share my thoughts but I just can't get over how underwhelming and rushed my experience was here and because I received my massage from the owner it makes me even more inclined to write this. I came in for a birthday massage on Sunday 12/7, and unfortunately the experience was really underwhelming. I appreciated being accommodated on a day the practice seemed closed or minimally staffed, but the service felt extremely rushed and impersonal from start to finish. There was maybe five minutes of total conversation the entire appointment. The owner, Regina, seemed in a hurry the whole time, running up the stairs and bursting through the doors, quickly handing me the iPad after the service barely speaking before or after the massage, and leaving the room immediately once she was done. When I finished getting dressed, I was told I could pay at the desk and got a quick "hope you have a great birthday," and that was it. I even sat outside afterward to collect my thoughts and saw her running out of the building, which confirmed the rushed energy I felt. I'm not new to getting massages, and at $170 plus a $35 fee for Regina's care, I expected a more attentive, warm, and personal experience. This didn't come close. The massage room was beautiful, but the service didn't match the environment. I've heard great things about this place, but based on my experience, I wouldn't return. I'd recommend only booking clients when there's actual capacity to give them a full, unrushed service."
