Dr. Maryirene Flynn

"I went to see Dr Maryirene I Flynn because I was having foot pain. After a long wait she comes in the room no greeting just what are you coming in for. As I explain to her she starts making comments that were very unprofessional and then told her "Im sorry are you having a bad day I can rescheduled she then responds "yes I am having a bad day but let's continue". She procedes to again speak unprofessional and extremely RUDE suggesting I must not do nothing all day.( I'm a full time worker in health field). I left my appointment crying and asking myself way should I had been treated and labeled by her. I would never ever treat any of my patients this way . Her level of care, professionalism, empathy and kindness is a TOP- 0. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr Maryirene I Flynn At ALL"

"I brought my 78 years old mother at 4141 Carpenter Ave in Bronx, on 2/21/2024 @ 9 am. Ridiculous waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes..., no one explained why this long wait?, Dr Flynn was talking on the phone next door. After 2 hours waiting, I asked one of the Nurses if this long wait is normal, she stated No', But Dr Flynn is on the phone, and she knows we are next... Dr Flynn than, stoped at our door, Room..#9 and asked why my mom was being seen, and stated: "Wait another 10 min, we have system issues"..., she was briefly rude and no apologizing at all.... We waited another 15 minutes and walked out... The front desk girls were so surprised that, we were not seen yet... I am not sure about them having system issues as the receptionist were working and patients were in and out, but us... This Dr Flynn was worse experience ever... Other than that, Facility was clean, and everyone else was respectful. I do not recommend this Dr to anyone. Usually the Appointment shows in MyChart even if patient was not seen, I am shocked appointment doesn't show on my mom's MyChart anymore... It was erased......"
