"Don't trust Christopher D he would lie to you. He told me that he would help me pay for my college education, he strung me along for years. When it was time for payment he conveniently tells me "I didn't put it in writing." From what I heard through other counseling services DORS is notorious for not putting things in writing. Make sure whatever they offer or promise to get it in writing! If they fail you contact CAPS, Their information is listed on the paperwork you get when you first meet your counselor. Good luck!"

"I would rather give them no stars but you have to give a 1 star to write a review. As citizens we are paying these workers to sit at home an and do nothing. They only have security and maybe a receptionist at the offices and none of them can help you with anything. Mayor Johnson now that you're in office can you make these workers come back to work, in person. Us regular citizens have to go to work but the public servants don't. There stealing tax payers money and the city is allowing it."

"I provided assistance to a client back in March 2021, I was scheduled to receive my paycheck in April 2021, payroll put the wrong address on the check so the check was returned. I Emailed Angel Fitzpatrick on May 13,2021 about the the issue she was very rude in the email about the paycheck stating it was nothing she could do that I had to wait until May 13,2021 wow it was May 13,2021 when I emailed her about the issue. It is now June 8,2021 and I have not been compensated for my assistance! The state workers have no empathy anyone. This has made me never want to provide assistance for anyone ever again!! I only gave one star because it wouldn't allow me to continue without doing so"

"I want to know where I can sign up to be someone's helper. I heard from over 20 people that they are helpers but do not do one lick of work all day. Not one of them helps a person in need. I want free money!!!!!"
