"I've been Dr. Xia over 12yrs at first I know what I want because I've been avoiding surgery on this spine a long time. He's been very patient with me and that is why I'm greatful loyal and so giving to hear what I'm telling him what is going on with my body. I've don't know what to do when we retire to Texas I really like the girls up front so understanding and they are great at doing the stuff I ask for. I only have one thing to ask for again i live in Pontiac i wish he can do injections close to joliet plz so with all said truly blessed to have Dr Xia and the girls Thank you Valerie"

My visit was with the Nurse Pratitioner, who was very caring and knowledgeable and throughly explained to me what I should expect and the procedures that I"m to look forward to. She was very reassuring. My wish is that I had encountered Intergrated Pain Management early on. I"m just happy to have found them, better late, than never. I felt reassured and ft that they would be the facility that finds the relief for the nerve pain, that I've experienced for 6 years."

"The wonderful drs and nurses and front desk personnel are amazing always know when walking in I am going to see smiling face at the desk all the way thru to the dr as of 08/06/24 I also want to add today I saw the nurse practitioner she let me have my moment of crying from frustration and the long process ! Her understanding of how difficult this is was so pure and she was caring !! All the staff there are so kind I love all of the receptionist and nurse's especially when they take the time care ! I will recommend this place 100 xs over to everyone ! Thank you all for just being caring and efficient ! You don't get that in all offices !"

"My appointment was scheduled for 1115. It's 12. Was told it was going to be at least another 30mins before I'm even seen. They close at Noon. This is my first visit and I'm highly disappointed. Really hope this isn't how it usually is and I can post a better review later. This is a horrible first impression."
