"What a lovely experience (and that's saying something since it was a doctor's visit after all!) Their staff is super organized. We were a few minutes late to our appointment and they were so kind in taking us and ensuring that we got to our room on time. They were also super patient in helping my mother get set up for her x-ray. Dr. Salzer was very knowledgeable, empathetic, but also down to earth and candid. I appreciated his being upfront and kind demeanor. After our visit, the staff was also so efficient in getting us the x-ray images, both digitally and in mail. Having experienced a lot of doctor offices, this experience was such a breath of fresh air."

"This doctor is not aware of patient ethics. His office rescheduled my appointment twice!!! All were rescheduled to 3 weeks after. They made me wait three months total and got delayed in the end. Therefore i had to cancel my appointment. What a lack of professionalism. I would avoid going to this DR if they call you again to reschedule your appointment a day prior to your appointment!"
