"Terrible, the medical assistants were chatting in the back while I waited for 2 hours. Once I got up to complain the 2 nurses who were chatting decided to finally get up and call my name. I understand drs offices get very busy but this is very unprofessional on the medical assistants here."

The nurses and phone operators were very accommodating and considerate. They always made sure to remind me about my upcoming appointments, whether through a text or a phone call.
