"I tore my meniscus after a weekend of a climbing competition and a 5k race. I was pretty down about having to get surgery and go thru the headache of rehabilitation. After sort of "popping in" to a couple of PT spots, I landed on this one. Instantly I got a feel for the great atmosphere! Everyone is very friendly, patient, and helpful. It feels like they are a well-working team with little friction - that means the client gets to benefit from their internal alignment. Kelly was a true rockstar and really knew her stuff. Through the course of a few months she was able to really balanced the thresholds of how to push me hard and when to back off. Over all a 5 star experience! If I need PT again, I now know I 100% have my spot."

"I am getting old and the body isn't what it used to be. Over the past few years, i have had to deal with a shoulder problem and a bulging disk in my back. Both times I worked with the therapists at this location. The staff here are great. I worked with multiple PTs on my back, which took months to fix. I did everything from strength training, stretching, and dry needling to help my symptoms. Scheduling was also easy. They seemed to be flexible with my schedule and finding times that work. I will 100% be back when my foot falls off sometime next year."

I attended 4 months, 3x week sessions. The team was helpful with scheduling and there is an app available for guided at-home work. What stood out the most for me was how the team worked together to support the clients while still having a primary physical therapist to maintain goals and checkpoints.
