"My experience at Pivot has been very positive. I have felt very welcomed from the start and have appreciated my many questions being answered. There is a supportive and caring atmosphere created by the entire staff. My physical therapist is very sensitive to the issues I have presented with and has selected an array of exercises that I can now see has brought about some measurable results. I have always been somewhat resistant to exercise yet the understanding of doing the work and learning about how everything is connected has made an impact on my thinking. "One star unfortunately. Very friendly staff -love them. Convenient location. So why one star? Because the physical therapy techniques they use are not effective and they aren't good at planning and patient care. If you want real physical therapists that deliver results go to Phoenix Physcial Therapy. Pivot could learn from Phoenix on more effective techniques and how to engage patients to stick to their exercises. Whether the patient complies matters and Phoenix knows how to motivate me better and Phoenix offers manual therapy among other things instead of only exercises that Pivot does. Pivot doesn't take initiative to figure out what works. They just give you the same routine forever without really checking what is working."
