"I have had a wonderful experience with this doctor! He has been treating me for migraine pain, and I'll be seeing him next for weight loss. He is truly kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and offers a comprehensive approach to treatment, covering a wide range of issues and pain management. I feel genuinely cared for and confident in his expertise."

"I never got a chance to see this doctor I found him online and was very impressed with what I read about his treatments for chronic pain. I called them a few weeks prior and I gave them all my information. Some they asked for, some I volunteered just to expedite the coverage process as this is a settled workers comp case with coverage ongoing for life. I never heard back and Called weekly to see if I am covered as I am in very bad pain. Always told we don't have the info yet. Today I called again and was put on the phone with someone who was extremely rude condescending her name was melody she kept repeating an outside place does billing and btw that's ok with me but it shouldn't take weeks to know if the office visit is approved or to communicate any question's they may have..I was put on hold and told..the billing office told them they cannot find me in the system??? Not sure what that means but I provided them with a case # and direct line to a case manager at the insurance company who approves surgery, office visits, physical therapy, tests etc...regardless if I didn't call today I wouldn't know this. Melody was trying to talk over me and saying I didn't give the right information on my 1 st call here. She began to ask me the same information that I was asked on the first call a few weeks ago. I verified it.Very frustrating because I spent 20 mins giving all the information Lauren asked. Melody treated this as if it was nothing and my fault. I am in serious pain trying to be respectful to someone who obviously didn't care to help only insult me and my intelligence, the way she was speaking I thought how could I be seen here when this is the 1st impression..and also incompetent who is this person so comfortable to speak to people suffering in pain like she's doing me a favor after dropping the ball for weeks ? She spoke like she could catch an attitude with me and that's just fine..the only people who may feel comfortable doing that are the owners, bosses or relatives to the doctor whoever she is, she is not nice and I do not recommend this office as now she is a reflection of this place. As she told me in a passive aggressive tone if you don't want to come now "Gooood Luck" and hung up on me when I said you are being very nasty. I say Shame on your behavior to a person who is pain and disabled. I hope the doctor sees this and takes it seriously.. not everyone who calls your office for an appointment pays in cash. You should definitely have a process for this and it shouldn't take a month to find out whether you can be seen. I explained I just wanted to know so I can move forward in my search for a doctor. If you or your outside billing had more questions than reach out to me, do not let people sit in pain. Provide communication and respect no matter what Insurance the person has and treat them with respect so they don't need to get agitated And anxiety over an appointment. It shouldn't be this difficult."

"Dr. Ocasio is dedicated to helping his patients live a pain free life! I started seeing him about 1.5 years ago for lower back pain. We tried various treatments to help, all With short term relief. He had suggested a procedure called intracept. After a long battle with our insurance company I was able to get the procedure. Instantly after the procedure i had relief!! Through the whole process he was kind, caring, and truly wanted to help me get better. I'm glad I can live my life pain free and do activities with my kids again!"
