Testimonials

"I had been a patient of Dr. Ted Cooks for many many years (around 20). He is very personable, professional, kind, caring, he takes time with you and listens. He has always been able to get my back/neck issues straightened out (pun intended). He is very knowledgeable and listens regarding health issue feedback along with supplements (that I did not buy from his office and some that I did). Everyone in his office is very nice and helpful . At the time of this posting, his office offers Chiro Health USA which has been wonderful for me as I don't have insurance coverage for Chiropractic care. The ONLY reason why I don't see Dr. Ted Cook is because we moved out of state. When I go back to visit family there I can plan a visit to his office if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Ted Cook."

"I can't say enough about Churchill Physical Health. The staff is kind and always willing to answer questions. I've been going to see Dr. Dale Mraz for the better part of three months due to some extreme low back pain and neck stiffness/soreness. I appreciate the fact he took the time to truly listen and work with me to treat the underlying issues rather than treating just the symptoms (though the adjustments did help almost immediately). This is the best I've felt since September. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Dale for your chiropractic needs!"

"We were recommended to Dr. Cook by a friend who had a good experience bringing her dog in for chiropractic care. Our 11yoa shih tzu had mostly lost use of his back legs and had declined rapidly. We were on the verge of having to make a decision as to whether or not to put him down when we came to Dr. Cook as a last attempt to give our dog a better quality of life and a fighting chance. We saw results after the first treatment and a week later our dog is walking better than he has since we adopted him. Dr. Cook has shown genuine concern for our situation and we are so grateful he helped to bring healing to our pet."

"I am extremely pleased with my experience at Churchill Physical Health Center. I can be a hard critic of other health care professionals as I have had numerous bad experiences. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Cook as another option for my digestive issues. At that point I was in a bad place with my digestive issues and was very skeptical of trying yet another Doctor. This encounter (my first time at Churchill Physical Health Center) was far different from previous experiences. Dr. Cook listened and didn't dismiss me or make me feel like I was crazy. For the first time in the year of battling digestive problems I felt like somebody cared about what I was going through. I am truly grateful to Dr. Cook as he has helped me tremendously. That first week he implement a new course of action and even called me to check on me to see how it was going. He has exercised extreme dedication to my condition, unlike others who dismissed me and quickly prescribed harsh medicines (which only made my symptoms worse) and told me to come back to see them in three months. Dr. Cook has always been easy to talk to and been able to answer all my questions. Dr. Cook always provides quality care and compassion. He has changed my life. Give him a chance to change yours too."

"Ended up at U of I with my poor GSD looking at an evaluation that was going to start with a $4-6,000 price tag, and that's before any treatment could even begin. Other vets have told me that if I can't pay U of I then I should put her down, but no one has been able to tell me what's wrong with her outside of wild speculation-- and I have even been suspected of not getting her vaccinated and letting her get rabies (she is vaccinated, I have proof, and she would be dead by now if that's what it was, and most likely so would I). I will be the first to admit I am skeptical about chiropractic, I don't understand it, have never been to one myself, and don't even really know what it is, but with no other option I took Heidi in about a month ago -- carried her, actually -- and am so, so glad I did. She was walking again by her third visit and while she's not 100%, and probably never will be, if she could talk I am sure she would be ever so humbly grateful that I didn't listen when I was told she had no quality of life, no hope and should be euthanized because I can't afford a $6000 eval right now. She's still enjoying her life, as much as any human I know, at least, and I am so very, very grateful to Dr. Cook for that. Now if only he knew the key to making people as enthusiastic about life as a typical dog... but one miracle at at time, I guess."

"I have been a patient at Churchill Physical for several years. I always receive polite, respectful care from the staff and doctors. I see Dr. Kadela and feel very at ease with her. She always has a caring word and a smile and she is great about keeping appointment times. For the health issues I have been seen for I have had great resolution. The laser treatment for plantar fasciitis was incredibly helpful!! I would absolutely highly recommend her to all."

"I have been seeing doctors Kadella and Cook since 2006. I trust them, they give my back and neck much needed relief, and I would not go anywhere else."

"I first met Dr Cook around 1990. He really impressed me back then. I'm not easy to impress either. This guy seems to have above average intelligence. I don't say that about people very often. You can tell he's into what he does. This guy seems to have an extreme knowledge about the mechanics of the human body. He is also very helpful and caring. He doesn't seem like he's trying to make a buck off of you, it's more like he's interested in helping you. He would rather give you some therapeutic stretches and some special instructions about ice and get past whatever than have you coming back to much. I've been a on and off patient for about 30 years. Why on and off? Because he shows me what to do to take care of myself so I don't have to come back. He's helped me tremendously with back pain. Once I messed up my arm doing some arm wrestling and he fixed it pretty fast. It may have taken 2 or 4 treatments but I walked in with my arm in a sling and walked out with my arm functioning. Recently I came in because of severe problems with my knees and flat feet. I wasn't sure if he would be able to help me because I thought this might be too different. After seeing him I was amazed at how quickly he diagnosed what was going on. He will explain things to you in great detail and you will have a greater understanding of what's going on. I also have had sessions with Dr Kadela for those times when Dr Cook was not available. Although she's my backup doctor for Dr Cook. I would have to say she's like Dr. Cook.... caring and highly knowledgeable. For my wife she has been her main doctor with Dr Cook as her backup. We haven't seen them for quite a few years. That's because they're that good. When I recently had to go in my wife and I were very happy to know that they are both still there."
