"The office was clean and the staff was friendly. The assistant was very thorough examining my hands, explaining the likely diagnosis, and answering my questions. He spent the majority of the visit with me and I appreciated his clarity and care. The doctor came in afterward, confirmed the same diagnosis, and briefly examined my hands. While the visit was helpful and I'm grateful the issue was identified, I did feel that the time spent with the doctor himself was short compared to the cost of the consultation. Overall I got the answers I needed, but I wish there had been a bit more direct time and explanation from the physician given the price."
