"This place is fantastic. I've worked with both Jack and Jay, and they are excellent. They answer all your questions and are really patient. The staff is phenomenal as well. Cece is super helpful with the scheduling and insurance logistics, and I pretty much start each session without any wait times. Jen is really helpful with all the exercises and ice massages and makes sure you are comfortable during treatment. The place has such a relaxing atmosphere, I've fallen asleep during ice massages, haha. Their treatment has been very effective - I've gone from constant knee pains last year to actively running 5k's and preparing for a half marathon. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!"

Since it's not like a normal doctor's office where you go once a year but rather, you go several times a week, it is extremely important to have good staff.
