The therapist Hope failed to review my medical chart each and every time before session and led me to a contusion because as the incident was occurring I had to inform her of my Lupus SLE and Fibromyalgia after I was screaming in pain and jumping off the bed as she was laughing and mocking. Horrible experience. No less than two months ago. I stopped going by choice and informed them of the issue and of course nothing."
